Came in safe, box wasn’t crushed, and everything inside was wrapped up nicely. No complaints from me.

I still like getting the lakeside catalog in the mail, even though I know everything is online now. I usually leave it on the kitchen table and flip through it when I’m having coffee or waiting for dinner to finish, and it’s just easier than clicking around the website. The sections are laid out clearly, and I always end up spotting little gift ideas or random household things I probably would’ve skipped right past online.

The only annoying part is that some items seem to sell out quickly, so by the time I go to order, they’re not always available. I do wish the catalog lined up with the website a little better that way. But overall, I still find it useful and kind of enjoy looking through it.

I’m not totally sure what happened, but the amount I got charged was higher than what I remember seeing on my order. It wasn’t a huge explanation or anything, just kind of confusing and not what I expected

So... I ordered a couple of home decor pieces from Lakeside Collection, and they actually looked just like the pictures online. Shipping was faster than I expected, and everything showed up packed well with no issues. For the price, I’m happy with it. I’d probably order again when I need little things for around the house...

I’m not sure if this is always how it goes, but in my case the refund came back faster than I expected. Didn’t really have to deal with much hassle, which was a nice surprise.

I grabbed a few home things from Lakeside, and the quality was better than I thought it would be. The items was nice overall, even though one piece had a tiny scratch on it. It wasn’t a big enough deal for me to bother sending it back. For what I paid, it looks good around the house and feels solid. Shipping was fine too, nothing crazy.

I’ve been loyal to another brand for a while, so I was already kind of on the fence about ordering here. A few of the items showed up damaged, which didn’t exactly help my confidence at first. That said, customer service was really quick to sort it out and make things right. Not a perfect experience, but better than I expected, and I’d probably order again.

My order arrived with a couple of things missing, so yeah... I was a little frustrated at first. I even went through the box twice thinking maybe I had somehow overlooked them.
I reached out to Lakeside, and they got back to me faster than I expected. They just asked for my order number and shipped out the missing items without turning it into a whole ordeal.
Shipping mix-ups happen... I get that. Since they handled it so easily and made it right, I’d still give them 5 stars.

I ordered a few home items from lakeside, the prices were good. I was happy with what I found, but I was a little disappointed when I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost was higher than I expected.

The package did arrive in a reasonable amount of time, and everything was packed well, so I can’t really complain about the condition of the order itself.

I’d probably still order from them again, but I do wish the shipping was cheaper or at least shown more clearly earlier in the process. That part definitely took away from the experience for me.

It fit well overall, maybe a little snug at first—actually, the more I wore it, the more I felt like the sizing was pretty much spot on.

I really appreciate that most of the things I’m looking for are actually in stock. I still remember how annoying it used to feel checking the same item again and again, hoping it would show up. Now shopping just feels easier and way less stressful...

I’ve ordered from Lakeside Collection a few times now, their prices usually seem better than a lot of other places. I especially like when they have discounts going on because it makes it easier to add a few extra things without feeling like I’m spending too much. Seems like a good deal to me.

I had a quick question about my order, i was glad they got back to me the same day. The rep I talked to was friendly and took care of it without making it feel like a hassle. From my experience, it was smooth, and I’m happy with how they handled it.

Like I said, I’m still waiting on my exchange and it’s been taking way too long. Like I said, I get that these things can take a little time, but this has been frustrating

A couple items looked a little nicer in the pictures than they did in person, but maybe I was just expecting too much. Shipping wasn’t super fast, though it wasn’t awful either. If you’re not looking for anything fancy, I think you can find some good deals here.
